“Over and over I would rate Lover of Weddings as a 5 star vendor. If I did not have Kaylyn and Jessica Sofranko as the coordinator and photographer for our wedding, I don’t know that the wedding would have been as amazing as it was. They were both intentional and professional throughout the entire process. Kaylyn served as the coordinator for the wedding and made the planning process go so much more smoothly than I ever thought possible. From the moment we decided to use Lover of Weddings as our coordinator/photographer, Kaylyn started to plan. She met with me once a week to see what progress I had made and to go over lists we needed to complete in order to make the wedding happen. She helped me dream up the perfect wedding and also made sure to go over every single possible detail of the day from the moment we woke up until the doors to the venue were locked. She made herself completely available to me as a bride to brainstorm with or to delegate tasks to. Kaylyn was always 50 steps ahead of me in the planning to make sure that everything was covered for the day. On top of that she even made sure to connect with me on a personal level to just see how I was doing throughout the process.
Once the wedding day she had her hands in every detail. She had worked out the schedule with our officiant, the DJ, the venue coordinator, the families, etc. She knew all of our bridal party by name. She made the event run smoothly by making sure everything we had scheduled was on time and that people were in the right places doing the right things. She had so much on her plate and didn’t once show a bit of stress. Kaylyn was professional with every vendor, family member, and friend. She smiled the whole day and kept checking in to make sure I was pleased with every aspect of the wedding and was proactive in making sure things were changed and done well. I knew it would be the best wedding imaginable having her in charge of the day and she did not disappoint.
Working with Jess was one of the greatest parts of my wedding. Jess does the photography while her sister-in-law Kaylyn does the coordination and these two were a saving grace in the wedding planning. They made such a stressful season of life run so much more smoothly and made it an enjoyable experience. Jess made incredible effort to get to know me and my fiance far before our wedding date. She was always very sweet, intentional, and professional. Her getting to know us made the pictures seem so much more personal. It was like she captured our personalities in every picture. She made sure to find out ahead of time exactly what locations in and around our venue we wanted our pictures taken. She asked for a list of pictures I had seen in other weddings or on pinterest that I would hope to have captured for my own wedding. Then on the wedding day, even when I had forgotten what photos were requested, she made sure to capture them. I also have a very large family who can be quite opinionated and wanted photos a certain way, Jess even worked with them and took all their suggestions into consideration. She made people laugh, she made everyone feel beautiful, and the entire time she was just so relaxing to have around as she made sure to capture moments I would have otherwise forgotten. I can’t imagine having anyone else there to capture such a special day. Now that the wedding is over, I’ve been able to see quite a few of the final proofs and they exceeded all expectations (and my expectations were high). They are BEAUTIFUL and were finalized in such a timely manner. No matter the cost, Lover of Weddings is THE WAY to go.”

“She brought so much enthusiasm, which was much appreciated when people are somewhat sleep deprived. If she went above and beyond for us, I couldn’t imagine her not doing the same for others. [We] LOVED our pictures. After the horrid engagement picture experience [with a different photographer], I was so nervous. I was afraid I would be disappointed yet again.
