Leslie & Casey’s foggy shell beach engagement session really allowed my creativity to fly. The fog created a dreamy look and the light allowed us to play in all directions. The tide was just right so we got to play in the tidepools, the rock formations, and the waves.
I always hope my couples will play in the water for a beach engagement session. Leslie expressed hope of playing in the water so I was stoked. The water was FREEZING! A wave got them a little earlier than we’d planned so I felt bad for the surprise of wet cold ocean haha. (But maybe I didn’t feel so bad since I enjoyed capturing their reactions to it.) But Leslie & Casey continued to cuddle and laugh during their foggy shell beach engagement session.

We talked about how their wedding would be French inspired with French blue as a main color throughout. Which I thought was the perfect color to accent their venue due to its European vibes. It got me so excited for their wedding at Chateau Noland in San Luis Obispo in the spring.
