Megan and James celebrated their wedding at the White Barn Edna Valley in San Luis Obispo. Elyse Events planned their incredible nuptials with a beautiful palette of peaches, pinks and pastel blues. I am in love with the invitation by Tracy Rossi Design. The invitation included an elegant illustration of the White Barn.
The White Barn Edna Valley
The White Barn Edna Valley has an amazing location with proximity to downtown San Luis Obispo and many vineyards nearby. Surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, the Whine Barn Edna Valley offers a few cottage houses to use for getting ready and accommodations. Their lawn, outdoor, and barn space provide the variety to truly customize your wedding experience. You can say your vows with a view of then hills then head inside for a romantic candlelit dinner or dine al fresco.
Getting Ready
First, the ladies wore pajamas from Eber Jey and robes from Poppy Love Petal while getting their hair and make up done by Meg O’Hare Beauty. Next, the bride adorned a Mikaella Bridal dress from NWLA Bridal. Her bridesmaids wore Show Me Your Mumu blush dresses. Enzo Custom created the groom’s attire. Elegant Details designed gorgeous florals for the day. The rings and bride’s shoes from Loeffler Randall were photographed among the flowers and with a customized The Mrs. Box. Floracycle Donation Service sustainably upcycled all the flowers locally the next day.
Lawn Ceremony
After arriving in shuttles from Swoop and Elegant Image Limousine, champagne from Mixed Events 805 awaited guests on a gold stand from Avenue Twelve. The Mariposa Quartet played lovely string music as guests entered the ceremony. Jayne Simon officiated the couples’ ceremony.
Cherries
Then, signage from Rose and Wrench welcomed guests into cocktail hour. Cherries from the bride’s family’s orchard were stationed for guests to enjoy. The gold stand was repositioned to host charcuterie appetizers from Pacific Harvest Catering. Pearl the Foto Camper provided a cute backdrop for guests to take pictures in during cocktail hour.
Barn Reception at the White Barn Edna Valley
Draping by Kim transformed the White Barn Edna Valley indoor reception space into a candlelit dream. The reception absolutely glowed. Altogether, All About Events and Avenue Twelve combined with luxury linens from BBJ La Tavola elevated the space. Music by LaDell of Epic Entertainment Inc. and live saxophone music from Eman’s Music lit up the dance floor. Of course, guests were sure to enjoy treats from Bri’s Sweet Retreat and donuts from SLO Do Co.
Wedding Photography in San Luis Obispo
I so enjoyed photographing their wedding party in front of the tress and botanicals surrounding the White Barn Edna Valley. San Luis Obispo is such a magnificent place to get married in.
